Modern society is a information world, and the advertisement is a significant social phenomenon. It becomes more and more contacts with the national economic development , competition of company and people daily life. In China, diversified and plentiful TV advertisement language have advantages of Chinese and variation. TV advertisement language changes the human's habits of Chinese. When the foreign students of Chinese learning Chinese in China, they'll be influenced more or less by the TV advertising of Chinese language, especially the middle and advanced level groups. By having learned Chinese of primary and middle level, they have known plenty of vocabulary and grammar knowledge, and they can communicate with people fluently. Therefore, they prefer speaking Chinese vocabularies in daily communication. The writer think that we have to pay attention to influences on Chinese TV advertisement language in learning Chinese of Chinese foreign students.For collecting more real researching material, the write sent ninety-nine questionnaires to Universities in China cities. The fifteen cities include Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Harbin, Xian, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Kunming, Guangzhou and so on. We had get back ninety-six effective questionnaires finally. The students'majors are various, like Chinese teaching(includes MTCSOL, Chinese Language Teaching, TCFL), Business administration, Computer project, Finance, Medicine and so on. In addition, there are a part of students in the advanced studies of Chinese class. According to the questionnaire's result, the channels they like best in China are CCTV1, Hunan TV, CCTV4, and CCTV5 which are previous four. And the material of Chinese TV Ad language are mainly from these four channels. While the writer definite the researching range in Chinese TV Ad language meaning and elements by make a reference to scholar; analyze the basic characters of Chinese TV Ad language in pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence structure and figure of speech, and the special characters in language variation of Chinese TV Ad Language.For researching deeply, the write find out the results like these: firstly, about 89% Chinese foreign students have interest in Chinese TV Ad language; secondly, about 95% Chinese foreign students pay attention to the new words in Chinese TV Ad language ,and think it helpful to them to learn Chinese, and feel interested in learning Chinese; thirdly, they think that the factors which are difficult to know the Chinese TV Ad language are "Speaking speed is so fast ." ," collocation of phrase ", " the meaning of words ", the percents are successively 53%, 45%, and 22%.That's to say, collocation of phrase is more difficult than other factors except speaking speed; about 76% students prefer interesting Chinese TV Ad language to others, and about 15% students like meaningful and enlightening ones. From the results, the writer confers that influences on Chinese TV Ad language by middle and advanced Chinese foreign students'out-class acquisition, the advantages are that it's helpful for students to learn new words, learn Chinese in specific language situation, and to know Chinese consumption psychology, appreciation of the beauty, traditional culture; the disadvantage is that the special collocation of phrase is hard to understand, and it will make the students feel puzzle. At last, the writer design some strategies according to these factors and results, like suitable strategy, stimulating strategy, encouraging strategy and game strategy.
