Study On The Modern Chinese Form Of "Wu A Wu B"

The "wu A wu B" form is a very common one in modern Chinese four-character phraseology. But the research on this form is quite insufficient. Hence, in order to let people know more about it, this paper is going to do some research on this form through different perspectives.In this paper, we research on this form on "Two-triangle" theory, and discuss separately from language formation, semantic meaning and pragmatics value and the development history. To the language formation, we talk about this form's structure features and syntactic function; As to the semantic meaning, this paper is to research the details of semantic features; About the pragmatics value, we are to compare relative phraseologies to make clear the "WU A WU B" form's own value; and to the history, we mainly talk about the phraseology's development.In the specific research methods, this paper will combine the analysis way of qualitative and quantitative and strive to achieve full observation, description sufficient and explan fully.
