"Ba" is special in modern Chinese as a special sentence, and is a hot research issue for the language institutes at home and abroad. It is also the most troublesome issue for the Chinese-learning foreigners. Until now, research on the Chinese in terms of ontology, the "Ba" has numerous articles and papers; in Chinese as a second language teaching profession, there is growing emphasis on "Ba" research and teaching. In order to promote foreign language teaching "Ba" sentence, foreign language teaching institutes, the general order of difficulty according to the acquisition of "Ba" is divided into the primary stage of "Ba" and the advanced stage of "Ba".Acquisition of foreign students in the different stages of "Ba" has their different performances, here we conduct a survey of international students in Jiujiang University who are already at an advanced stage of learning Chinese, using qualitative and quantitative methods to examine students in the advanced stage "Ba" of the Acquisition, try to draw out the students on "Ba" Acquisition of the main types of errors, and analyze the reasons for our teaching services. So that future foreign language teaching will be more targeted.According to these questionnairs, together with the experience the author has in her teaching and long period of research and thinking, the author analyses the reasons of errors and puts forward some suggestions to promote the Chinese teaching. Firstly, pay attention to the meaning in the teaching; Secondly, adapt the principle of easy to hard and simple to complex in teaching "Ba" sentence; Thirdly, practise and repeat to let the students understand the principles; Finally, teachers should master all these difficult and key points, especially pay more attentiont to those the native speakers know but foreign students don't know.
