On comparing phonetic values, mainly is the phonetic values of "liwai" TanQie analysis classifying FanQie which is different from the general ancient and modern phonetic evolution rules, and discuss the possible causes of the difference.Through the comparing the amount and phonetic values from the two, we can see that 75% of the word have multiple syllables in guangyun less syllables in xinhua dictionary, and this reflects the Chinese phonetic simplified trend.
