The Governance And Successful Experiences Of The Communist Party Of China On Main Social Problems

In the early days when the new China was founded, Communist Party of China faced a series of complicated and tough social problems, which could be classified into three categories according to the objected facts, including inherited problems from the old society, transferring problems and new social problems. The first category problem was the most serious one among them. Further more, drugs, whores and bandits were the priorities. During this period, these social problems were featuring of political, urgent and relevant. Warlord and imperialistic invasion are the historic reasons, traditional social situation of huge government small society and crippled control of local organizations are the social reasons, the carnalism of upper class and longing for free from the pain of the lowest class are the mental reasons.Drugs, whores and bandits were flooding everywhere during the starting period. Two stages went through to solve the 3 problems by CPC. At the first, they were restricted principally instead of systematically and thoroughly, because the Party and government concentrated on recovering economy and stabilizing social in order to reinforce the new-born regime. Secondly, CPC gathered the force and time to organize a massive movement against those problems after sufficient preparations. Finally, these problems banning China for hundreds of years were removed radically.Some primary experiences from CPC solving social problems successfully include ones below:Systematic research and all-things consideration are the guiding ideology, integrity in politics and efficiency in organizing are the foundation of politics, reinforce and complete the legal system are the legal guarantee, depending on the local power and people is an important precondition, temper justice with mercy and treat in different way are the policy, respect people's basal survival right and attention on educational reclaim are the key attitudes, emphasizing on racial policy and defending racial unit are the necessary contents.
