Study On The Influence Of Pop Words On-line To The Undergraduates' Values

Pop Words On-line, a kind of expression belonging to the Netizen, are prevailed among the undergraduates with its humorous, simple, conversational and entertaining characteristics. This kind of expression also spreads quickly in social public by forms of original, imitate, collage, revise, etc.The pop words on-line has influenced the undergraduates' values on certain degree. It has deeper social meaning more than being simply deemed as special information symbols. Therefore, it is very significant to study the influence of pop words on-line on this basis.This article is supported by communication effect theory under the frame of sociology and communication. It shows the public's inner demand and the problems implied below social surface in the times with various media. This article probes the influence of pop words on-line to the undergraduate's values of various media and information. It is hoped that this study can provide conference to guide the appropriately use of pop words on-line among the undergraduates.Having done research on the five universities in Chang Sha, and having interviewed several typical cases, the writer has got the first-hand data about the popular Internet language's influence on the undergraduates'values and intends to deeply analyse its connotationand gradation, from the perspective of visual. First, analyse the influence on the undergraduates' values that the popular Internet language has. Second, explore the relation between the popular Internet language and the influence and transmission. Third, conclude the research based on confirmtive study and discuss how to develop the students' right values.
