Chinese and foreign excellent films condense art creators wisdom,inherit thousands of years of human civilization,rich in educational resources.Currently, researchers have been trying to utilize films as a new way for school mental health, to make students through the art of film aesthetic acceptance,resulting in emotional self-awareness, finding a self-revealing and comparative scale, awaring of their inner world,and then through the venting of emotions,obtaining some kind of insight,and finally,the mental health of them are improved.Secondary vocational students are a special group of students groups, because they entered the secondeary vocational school from the junior high school, facing a great changes of living learning environment,in the same time, their have to face increasingly fierce in social competition.The worsening employment situation and the complex social environment often make the secondary vocandary students bare more mental confusion and stress than ordinary middle school students. Thus, the mental health of secondary vocational students should be payed more attention urgently. There are not many researches in self-acceptance of secondary vocational students,partitcualrly in using of aesthetic education to promote self-acceptance level of vocational students,and to improve their mental health research is still blank.In this study,we analyze the characteristics of the mental health and self-acceptance of secondary vocational students on the basis of taking example by the chinese and foreign existing reaserch, in addtion,we also explore and analyze the availability of film aesthetic in the education of secondary vocational students mental heath.First, we conduct questionnaire survey in mental health and self-acceptance levels of the 887 secondary vocational students from Guangxi and Chongqing,and explore the relationship between mental heath and self-acceptance.Then, we select some students and divided into two groups:control groups and experimental groups, and design a specific program of activities for the film aesthetic appreciation, according to the aesthetic appreciation of the film and the film shows the psychological processes of the teaching process, drawing on the cinema therapy of the operating procedures, refering to existing research results.In the experiment,the experimental grop are received the intevention of seleted films,and the control groups receive no intevention. After the experment,we analyze the two test scores of two groups,in addtion, the experimental group members were done open-ended questionnaires to obtain qualitative results of the assessment experiment.Comprehensive results of this study, we get the following conclusions:(1) Secondary vocational students'self-acceptance total score (SAQ) is 39.87 (SD =5.08). Among them, the self-evaluation factor (SE) score was 18.01 (SD=3.17), self-acceptance factor (SA) score was 21.86 (SD=3.57). Self-acceptance in the level of vocational students on the low side, especially the low scores of self-evaluation, and self-acceptance scores in the mid to upper level. Women's self-acceptance was significantly lower than boys; science and engineering students to self-acceptance was significantly lower than students of literature and history of self-acceptance level; urban vocational students self-acceptance and self-evaluation factor score was significantly higher than urban students; year features on self-acceptance scores increased with grade and in turn increase, and first-year students and third year students of self-acceptance level of significant differences exist.(2) Secondary vocational students in the lower level of overall mental health, SCL-90 assessment were significantly higher than the national norm and the norm of high school students, the detection rate was 18.6%, mainly as a compulsory mental health problems, hostility, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, paranoid symptoms.(3) Secondary vocational students'SCL-90 total alike and self-acceptance total score (SAQ) has significant negative correlation (r=-0.376, P<0.01); High self-acceptance group of SCL-90 total score partitioning and each factor markedly lower than that of low self-acceptance group, high self-acceptance group superior to the mental health status of the low self-acceptance group.(4) The movie based on self-recognizing improve aesthetic appreciation activities not only can effectively enhance secondary students' self-acceptance level, still can effectively improve their mental health.(5) The movie based on enhanced self- acceptance aesthetic appreciation activities scheme and the selected films material has the scientific nature, feasibility and effectiveness. |
