With the rapid development of economy, technology, intensified social competition and increasing psychological pressure, the psychological problems have a growing trend. Psychological health, especially the students', is more and more concerned. In recent years, due to the national education policy on vocational education, the number of the vocational school student's has increased sharply. As a more special group, their psychological health problems have been given more attentions.There are many factors impacting Vocational high school students' mental health. This study tries to discuss the relationship among the vocational school students'parental educational mode, self- acceptance and their mental health. In this study,Qian'An Vocational School students are researched with the analysis of previous research, through questionnaire Collecting data and data are processed by spss13.0.The following conclusions are drawn from this research:(1) Vocational school students' psychological health level is below the national norms. The type of the psychological health problems mainly are sensitive interpersonal relationship, force, hostility, paranoid, learning stress, anxiety and emotional stability; The Vocational School students' parents use more passive way, such as severe punishment, excessive interference and excessive protection, denying the students'abilities than emotional warmth and understanding etc to educate their children. Negative parental educational mode will hinder the development of students' psychological health, while the active one will promote mental health;. If self-acceptance degree is high, the students' psychological health level is also higher.(2) Parents' education, singleton, gender differences have various effects on parents educational mode, self-acceptance, and psychological health level. The better education the parents have received, the higher the mental health level and self-acceptance degree will be and the more active ways parents will take; The singleton female psychological health level, self-acceptance degree are better than the only-child children, The parents of one-child take more emotional warmth way, and excessive interference and excessive protection; The psychological health level and self-acceptance degree of the girls are better than boys. The parents use more negative upbringing styles with boys, but parents have preference for boys at the same time(3) Parents'upbringing styles and self-acceptance have direct influence on vocational school students'mental health. They can also affect vocational school students' psychological health level through self-acceptance.
