The relationship between the global-Local is a very important area and a lasting controversial issue of Perception:whether the global processing or the local processing is priority, whether people are present the global processing advantages, whether the global processing preferences can change, which factors affect the global-local perceptual processing, these have become the subjects of the researchers. In recent years, researchers have found the impaction of mood on the global-local perception processing:In positive emotion, the individual use more global process, and the local processing in negative emotion; Positive emotion processing can improve the way of non-preferred level. However, these studies mainly focused on emotional valence dimension, without considering the role of arousal, and these studies are concerned on neutral tasks, there is no study concerned on of the case when the task with color of emotion. In response to these problems, this study selecte emotional pictures (Experimentâ… ) and emotional words (Experimentâ…¡) as emotional inducing material, use the target detection task in two different ways to learn the emotional influence.In experimentâ… , it mainly studied of the influence of emotional arousal on the global-Local perception processing. using the Within subjects design experimental design, independent variables were arousal (high, medium, low) and location (global, local), the dependent variable were reaction time and accuracy.40 subjects participated the experiment, by reaction time of a neutral mood we found that 22 people were global processing preferences,17 people were local processing preferences. The results showed:the influence of arousal was significant, showing the interaction of location and the arousal was significant; The influence of the arousal degree was mainly reflected in the reduced preferred processing but the impact on the non-preference was not significant. That was, the arousal weaken the global processing level of the global preferences, but did not affect the level of local processing, and weaken the local processing level of the local preferences, but did not reduce its global level of processing; With increasing of arousal, the reaction time increased, showed that in the global processing preference group, the response time of high and middle arousal subjects were significantly higher than the low arousal subjects, response time of high and middle arousal subjects were not significant.In experimentâ…¡, it mainly learned that when the Percept is with emotion, how it affect global-local perception processing, using the within subjects design experimental design, since the independent variables were valence(positive, negative), arousal (high, medium, low) and location (overall, local), the dependent variable is reaction time and accuracy.40 subjects participated in the experimentâ…¡,32 of them were global processing preference,6 were local processing preference.
