As one of the basic social relations, liberation (1946-1956) reveal a complex and changing labor relations situation:sometimes confusing, sometimes orderly; sometimes tense, sometimes soothing. Straighten out the trend of labor relations, and tap the underlying factors affecting the trend for the construction of harmonious labor relations to make a reference for today.There is no breakthrough in this angle of view, it is still in the framework of state and society to take the CPC, employees, employers tripartite perspective.
