The Research On The Ethics Of Chinese Socialist Labor Relations

Labor relations are the most important relation in community economy. Laborrelations’ good or not would not only effect the development of corporation directly, butalso effect the healthy operation of community economy. Ever since Chinese economicreform, Chinese economic system has gradually changed from traditional plannedeconomic system to market economy system. During this period, the emancipation of theproductive forces has not only greatly promoted the progress of community economy, butalso make the great progress of living standard. Unfortunately a lot of recessivecontradiction have exposed gradually in this period. Although our national corporationshave developed during the reform of the economic system, the labor relations becomedisharmonious and there always are conflicts and frictions between employees andemployers. The history of the developed countries prove that: if the labor relations areunstable and disharmonious, then the benefits of each side would be damaged; if thelabor relations are stable and harmonious, the gain of both side would be promoted andprotected, and then the community economy would also be well developed. So ourresearch on how to build up the harmonious labor relations is not only the needs of study,but also the urgent needs of the community life. To balance the relations of labor, ourgovernment has already release The Labor Law and The Law of Contract and so on, butit’s actually not enough to complete these work just by the force of law, we still need thehelp of moral as a complement. The research on the labor relations refer to theknowledge of Management Science, Sociology and Jurisprudence and so on, and theethics of labor relations also belongs to economic ethics, therefore the research on theethics of labor would do great help to the research on the economic ethics.
