The resilience research is the successful response and good adaptability when individual experiences frustration and challenge. This research has divided a resilience field in detail and has located in high school students. We can not ignore the other research variable, which is the physical and mental state while studying, when we research on the Learning resilience of high school students. This research has made theoretic assumptions and empirical research to the Learning resilience and state structure of high school students, whose relationship are also researched.Purpose:To verify the Learning resilience of high students includes actively cognitive, emotional controls, human behavioral characteristics and support by other people. The study of Learning State includes motivation and mood and attention. We aim at the research on the relationship of the Learning resilience and Learning State.Methods:To make questionnaires of both Learning resilience and Learning State. We choose students, who are in the Henan Anyang No.1 Senior high school,Henan Anyang No.2 Senior high school,Henan Xinyang No.3 Senior high school and so on, to analyze the factor of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis from the data we got and to discuss the relationship of the Learning resilience and Learning State.Analysis of the results:(a) We get the exploratory factor analysis result is that Learning resilience and Learning State questionnaires, which can freely draw four factors, is consistent with the theory on the basis of the analysis of the Learning resilience, it can explain the total variation of 53.746%, coefficient Cronbacha is 0.840, spilit reliability is 0.756, and which can freely draw three factors, is consistent with the theory on the basis of the analysis of the Learning state, it can explain the total variation of 52.165%, coefficient Cronbach a is 0.820, spilit reliability is 0.772. At the same time, we get the confirmatory factor analysis data of Learning resilience CMIN/DF is 2.236, the maximum value among CFI,TLI,GFI,AGFI is 0.932 and the minimum value is 0.905, the value of RMSEA is 0.055; the value of Learning State CMIN/DF is 2.174, the maximum value among CFI,TLI,GFI,AGFI is 0.943 and the minimum value is 0.919, the value of RMSEA is 0.058. Above all, logistic model is good. (b)Based on the research of the Learning resilience and Learning State to high school students, We could have following results:â‘ the correlation of Learning resilience and Learning State is significant, the correlation between Learning State score and behavioral trait is high, which is the same to the social support and Learning State. The correlation of Learning State score and positive mental state of the dimension is high, but it is lower than other dimension, which is the same to the Learning resilience and attention.â‘¡Learning State can efficiently forecast the resilience level of study and the influence of the problems and difficulties by constant motion, attention, mood state of students.â‘¢the Learning resilience and Learning State of Class Cadres are both obviously higher than other students.Conclusion:The questionnaires basically complying with the requirements of psychometric, we can see that the correlation of Learning resilience and Learning State is significant, and the scores of Class Cadres are higher than other students on Learning resilience and Learning State. Above all, we should pay attention to the cultivation of Class Cadres in daily teaching.
