Resilience is a ability to recover quickly from adversity. It refers to the psychological process in which an individual can still obtain positive adaptation when he encounters a major threat or trauma.Learning burnout means that when students lose interest or lack motivation to learn, they will feel bored, depressed, tired and frustrated, thus creating a series of inappropriate behaviors to escape learning. This study explores the relationship between Resilience and learning burnout and the effect of psychological intervention from the perspective of Resilience. The study is divided into two parts,In the first part, the"Adolescent Mental Resilience Scale"compiled by Hu Yueqin and the"Youth Learning Burnout Scale"compiled by Wu Yan were used to investigate the current situation of students’resilience and learning burnout in the senior of a primary school(grade 5 and 6)in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province. The aim is to study the relationship between pupils’resilience and learning burnout. In the second part,30 people from 5 parallel classes in the fifth grade were randomly selected as the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received resilience group counseling, and the control group did not intervene. The resilience scale factors are used as the main reference for group counseling activities, and the theme of the current event is determined. The total number of classes is 8 lessons,40 minutes each time, and lasts 2 months.Organize the results of this study and draw the following conclusions:1.The Resilience Scale Chinese Adolescent and Adolescent Student Burnout Inventory have good reliability.2.The overall situation of primary school students’resilience is good:There is a significant difference in the total score of primary school students’resilience and the factors in whether they are serving as class cadres. The scores of primary school students in class cadres are significantly higher than those of non-class cadres. The resilience of primary school students has significant gender and grade differences in positive cognitive factors.Boys scores significantly higher than girls, and sixth grade scores are significantly higher than fifth grade. There is a significant difference in whether the primary school students’resilience family support factor lives with their parents.Students who live with their parents score significantly higher than those who do not live with their parents.3.Primary school students’learning burnout is at a medium level overall:Gender, grade, whether it is the only child and whether living with parents is not significant for learning burnout. There is a significant difference in the total score of primary school students’learning burnout and the dimensions of whether they are serving as class cadres. The students who work as class cadres have significantly lower learning burnout than those who do not serve as student cadres.4.The resilience flexibility and learning burnout of primary school students showed a significant negative correlation in the total score and each dimension. The higher the resilience, the lower the learning burnout.5.Target concentration, emotional control, family support, and positive cognitive factors can effectively predict learning burnout. The regression equation can be described as:Y=4.547-0.249X1-0.159X2-0.120X3-0.107X4。6.Intervention has a more significant effect on improving the resilience of low group, resilience group does not affect the improvement of learning burnout, which can effectively reduce learning burnout.
