High senior school students learning adaptation will directly affect the next three years to learn their status, thereby affecting a person's life ----the first major turning point in the college entrance examination. The current educational situation in China, the value of a person for evaluation and future development, the college entrance examination is still a very important criterion. So high school is one very important stage in life. A good beginning is half of success. The first year in high school is particularly important, high senior school students placed in front of the most important issue is learning adaptation problems. This study aims to explore the high student learning adaptability and social comparison, the relationship between resilience, and on the basis of the education forward reasonable Suggestions, thus improving the high student learning adaptability level.This study in Hebei province three secondary school adopt the whole within the random cluster sampling method by try 900 people, selected by the revised the social comparison features scale, youth resilience scale, and characteristics of learning adaptability scale. Scale to be tried three questionnaire was used to test and analyze the factors, descriptive statistic, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the path to recovery statistical methods of the effective data data processing. The main research results are as follows:(1)The revised the social comparison characteristics, with good faith scale for validity, and could be high senior students'evaluation tool to socal comparison features.(2)The high student learning adaptability is not good, learning to adapt to bad detection rate by more than 50%. In four subscales learning attitude, learning technology, learning environment, psychosomatic health, psychosomatic health subscale's score is the minimum level, explaining the high senior students in psychosomatic health development level is poor.(3)In the gender aspect, the high senior student's learning adaptability condition, and there were significant differences are girls learning adjustment condition better than boys.(4) The correlation analysis of social comparison, resilience and learning adaptability of high senior students:The high senior students in the process of social comparison, the more inclined to positive comparison, the higher level of learning adaptability; the more inclined to downward comparison, or self, learning adaptability belittle the lower level; the high students resilience better, the higher level of learning adaptability; conversely, the lower level learning adaptability; The high student in the process of social comparison, the more inclined to positive comparison, the resilience is better; the more inclined to belittle or self downward, the resilience is poorer.(5) The regression analysis results of social comparison, resilience and learning adaptability of high students:The high student social comparison of the positive upward and downward comparisons, self to belittle factors significant learning adaptability prediction function; The high student social comparison of the positive upward and downward comparisons, self to belittle factor psychological toughness significant prediction function; Mental toughness to significant learning adaptability prediction function.(6) Mental toughness, social comparison of the positive upward and downward comparisons, self to belittle factors significant learning adaptability prediction function; Mental toughness in the social comparison and positive and downward comparisons, self belittle factor and learning adaptability are up between the is partial intermediary role.
