In recent years, more and more researchers focus on psychological health problems. But researches about the outstanding junior high school students are mainly education workers'individual study and their experience. At the same time, in the field of the students' psychological health problems, Psychological theories and technology are basically adopted by researchers. The literature method and the questionnaire investigation method are applied. In order to get the strategies to deal with psychological health problems of the outstanding junior high school students: first, materials about the concept of outstanding students and research background of the students' psychological problems are looked up and summarized; second, Wang Ji-sheng's book named"Middle school students' psychological health table"is used ;third, outstanding students of four key junior high schools of Wuxi (top ten students of every class ) are selected; finally, learn about the psychological health status of outstanding students and analyze the causes of the psychological problems. The strategies are: Expanding multidimensional education paths, implementing effective education strategies, building a good education environment.The specific structure of the paper is as follow: topic research background, selection and research value are introduced in chapter one. The relevant global research results and analysis and evaluation of the results are mainly presented in chapter two. Psychological health status of the outstanding junior high school students is studied in chapter three; what is more, the research result is obtained from the three hundred questionnaires in Wuxi. By SPSS statistics of the questionnaire result, psychological health status of the outstanding junior high school students is roughly learned. The investigation conclusion is acquired after discussing and analyzing the result in chapter four. The psychological problems of the outstanding junior high school students is reflected in chapter five. According to psychological problems of the outstanding junior high school students, education intervention strategies are proposed in chapter six. The research achievements and the deficiencies of the topic are summarized; moreover subsequent research in the future is prospected in chapter seven.
