The Research Of The Hong Kong Community Words Used In Mainland

The use of Hong Kong community words in the mainland is the research object in this paper. The Hong Kong Community Words Dictionary is the corpus basis, to research the Hong Kong community words are used in the Modern Chinese Dictionary (the fifth edition), China Daily and Guangzhou Daily. The paper is also about the study of the Hong Kong community words used in the mainland and its features, analysis the differences between two areas and the reason about fusion trends. The fusion of different community words is not only the result of the development of the language, but also the promotion of the user and the development of the society.Based on the word theory, the broad comparative linguistic study and the statistical methods in linguistic, the author uses them to research the Hong Kong Community Words Dictionary. The frequency use of the community words also provided some reference data. The author puts the mainland and Hong Kong community words system together, and analysis commonalities and differences between two systems. It can help us to know the synchronic features, and the diachronic reality about the development of the language. Meantime, the author also combines the language phenomena and the society phenomena, finds the reason about the language fusion and differences. In addition, the author also compares the different uses about the Hong Kong community words in the south and north areas, analysis their commonalities and differences and the reason. Finally, the author affirms the positive meaning of the Hong Kong community words used in the mainland, and its negative aspects. As the linguist, we may have the scientific and open attitude to treat this phenomenon.
