Several Problems Research Into Internet Ethical Principles Establishment

Nowadays; with the extending of international Internet, Internet ethical problems stand out. The problems are so changeable that it is hard to give each a concrete answer. I am not capable of setting up a reasonable standard here, but what I did would contribute to it.Internet ethics is the moral standard of people's communication in the Internet society. It's different from other kinds of ethics and little study has been found on it. So, it is urgent to analyze the characteristics of Internet society, summarize Internet ethics problems and explore their source, clarify the range and status of Internet ethical subject, illustrate ethics needs and abilities of Internet subject, put forward Internet ethical principles and stress the development of Internet ethics in its early time.Man create Internet and at the same time he binds his own ideas onto it. The main purpose of setting up some fundamental problems on Internet ethical principles is to correct Internet development by ethics and prepare for the likely problems in Internet society.This paper falls into five chapters. In then first chapter, the characters of Internet society are summarized and the fact that Internet ethics bases on Internet society is revealed. Chapter II analyzes some ethical problems and summarizes their source from the angle of ethics .Chapter HI illustrates the status, composition rights and duties of Internet ethical subject. ChapterIV puts forward the concrete Internet ethical principles. The last chapter emphasizes that coping with six contradictions is the key problem of Internet ethical development and draws a reasonable scheme for the development of it.
