Coming Back And Rebellion

In 1970's, when painting of the western world passed through the period with different styles, it entered a new art time- new painting of postmodernism which has the character of coming back and rebellion. The new paintings started from the Germany in 1970's. Art and lives are combined together, after the concept of "society sculpture" was defined. All of this affected the new artists deeply. There were a lot of new kind artists coming up with the thought in the western world. The author here uses the German Anselm Keifer, Georg Baselitz, 3"C" of Italy and American Eric Fischl as examples, including the character of their own countries, to discuss and analyze the character of coming back and rebellion of the new painting, points out that what they had done is only the formal coming back on the previous, in fact, they are driving the art using a conspiracy attitude. The paper points out this is a general principle of art development. It will direct us on the practice of painting if we can research the theory of new painting.
