It has been 21 century. Increasing social and psychological stimulate make people a great stress. Many studies show that working staff's stress have negative influence on their physical-mental health and working efficiency.By the principles and techniques of psychometrics and statistics, such as investigation and analysis, this article worked out an Job Stress Questionnaire. The results showed that: The working staff's stress is at a higher level. Role stressors clearly have both direct and indirect effect on job stress. The adjusting factors have adjusting effects between job stress and stressors.This article also give some advices according to the results.
