With the popularity of the computers, the technique of Computer Graphics (CG) is rapidly developed, and permeates into the realm of art and design, and even into each aspect of our lives. The technique of CG not only provides people a new medium to realize and express the world, and also creates a new style of art. When image, voice, time and language can be treated as numeric elements in the computer, the art of mimic reality then comes out.In the virtual reality, people can enter in a difficult realized condition or even an unrealized condition in true life and experience the mutual characters of the art, which does not exist in the traditional art. The trenchancy characters of the art of mimic reality are the feelings of being in the place, interaction with the place and existing as an article in the place. The concept of vision has finished its expanding through the traditional plane to three dimensions and four dimensions. The technique of virtual reality in three dimensions touches our soul via constructing our spiritual space.Computer graphics, virtual reality and building up the true feeling of Virtual reality compose numeric decorated three dimensions art system. In this system, arts are recorded their current appearance precisely. The advantage of it is that the arts are more attracting than the traditional ones. When people enjoy them, they also are acknowledged of the condition and background of the arts. The digital technique can facture the network version of the arts and express arts in details. In a word, virtual graphics expand the eye shot of the appreciators via digital technique.This article was focused on the concept, constitutes, character and application of the CG and gave some experimental designs on CG.
