A modern Chinese type which contains a subjective object is a secondary sort of Subject-Predicate predicative type. In this dissertation the author surveyed approximate 500 examples through lots of linguistic facts according to the three-plane theory tried to explore the modern Chinese type on the basis of the forerunners' research results in the angles of syntax, semantics, pragmatics to grasp the sentence type completely.The main body includes three sections: In the first section syntactic analyses were made to explore the structure system, structure order and homomorphic discrimination; In the second section semantic analyses were made to explore and analyze the Ill-types, semantic valence and the case of nouns, especially the 8 sorts of Ill-types in details; In the third section pragmatic analyses were made to explore the subjective part and predicative part, expressive focus, tone, omission and hidden forms etc.
