From the 1970s, the most shiny scene on the stage of Western philosophy should be the debate between modern and postmodern, hence touched off philosophical care for the relation between man and nature in post-industrial society, and then lead to contention of a hundred schools of thought about eco-ethics. After the Second War, environmental pollution and ecological destroy have been increasingly globalized and people have been concerned with the global environment problems. Especally, since the 1980s, taking sustainable development road has became common voice of human. Using natural resources lowly effectively and consuming them excessively are direct reason why global environment problems have happened, and thus sustainable utilization of natural resources is the key to realize sustainable development of economics, society and ecological environment. So, throwing thinking viewpoint of postmodern eco-philosophy into research of management of natural resources and, will be urgent demand nowadays.After recalling and analyzing postmodern spirits and all kinds of schools of eco-philosophy, the thesis held that the deep layer reason of global environment problems is of subject-object separation and serious inharmony between man and nature under the leading of modern thinking model. To counter China's concrete conditions in the favorable turns of postmodern, based on expounding basic theory of natural resources, the thesis put forward management countenneasure of natural resources from macroscopic layer and classified angle. And combined with corporate production action, the thesis pointed out that cleaning production and green management are effective ways to practise natural resources management. Finally, the thesis forecast the integral management on natural resources and environment.
