As one kind of life events, test is influencing the mental health of students. Test mental problem is a stress mental problem. To solve the problem is one important task of the mental quality education. It is an objective need in ensure the health growth of the middle school students. Encircled the feature of test psychological action, the factors which influent the test performance, the mental and active problem, many external and domestic investigators brought out a wide range study. Test mental is not only a sharing structure, but also a lasting process. The overall and systematic researches on the test mental acting in difference stage have never appeared, which start from lasting time, sharing consciousness and test situation.Based on the existence studies, by using document analyses, adopting scales, path analyses, factor analyses, experience verify, experiment verify, this study explores the test mental action process; the connotation, structure, function and developmental principle of test mental quality; the possibility, actuality and efficiency of educational experiment. This study contains four parts, mainly involve the study on the connotation, structure, function, developmental feature and influence factors of test mental problem, the relations of test mental quality .. test mental problem and academic record ,the test mental interfering etc. The results of this study bring about the following conclusions:1. Start from stage, consciousness and test situation, by function-structure tactics and process-structure tactics, we can further an overall and systematic study on test mental in different stage.2.There exist thirteen kinds of test mental problem: interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, stage fright, blame oneself, family pressure, body symptom, motion problem, compel, depressive symptom, inferiority complex, mental disease, cognition problem and neurosis.3.The symptom level of test mental problem move upward with grade, come down with the coming of important test. There exist difference between grade, sex, town and country and type of school.4.By process-structure tactics, we obtain a structure model of middle school student's test mental quality. The model contains three dimension, nineteen factors: the sense of psychological control(the ability of self-mastery, impulsion, insistence, self-confidence, the belief of control, the tendency of control and the fluctuation of emotion); mental energy(the cognitive ability, diligence, activity, metacognitive monitor, metacognitive consciousness, the desire for achievement, the control and adjust of emotion, the sense of responsibility);mental resilience(the cognitive ability, optimism, easy and excitement, independence and the control and adjust of emotion).5.The level of test mental quality come down with grade, come down with the coming of important test. There exist difference between grade, sex, town and country and type of school.6. Test mental quality, family factors and selfish factors have direct functions on test mental problem; School factors and academic record have indirect functions on test mental problem.7. Test mental quality and family factors have direct functions on academic record; School factors, test mental problem and selfish factors have indirect functions on academic record.8. Conformity educational interfering of the test mental quality can significantly improve the test anxiety of middle school student, solve test mental problem, promote test mental quality, enhance the ability of taking an examination.The theoretical value of this lies in, it's systematic study on test mental; it's integer and scientific study on the test mental, open out the connotation, structure and function of test mental quality; it verify the possibility, actuality and efficiency of using educational experiment to solve test mental problem, promote test mental quality, enhance the ability of taking an examination.
