Objective:In sanshan district Biguiyuan community of Wuhu city,Anhui province,old people over 60 years old as the research objects,through questionnaire survey,to understand the old psychological situation of elastic for Wuhu the self-esteem and social support of the elderly and other different psychological characteristics were analyzed,and discussed the influence factors of Wuhu,Anhui province old people mental flexibility,providing theoretical basis for improve the level of Wuhu elderly mental flexibility,to improve the level of the old psychological elastic relevant opinions and Suggestions are put forward.Methods:Taking the elderly in country garden community in sanshan district of Wuhu city,Anhui province as the research object,342 elderly people in Wuhu city,Anhui province were investigated by questionnaire to understand the status of mental resilience of the elderly in Wuhu city,Anhui province.Using classical statistical method,EpiData3.1 was used to establish database,double data entry,check and check again the data.SPSS19.0 was used to organize and analyze the data.Using the reliability analysis of the test reliability and validity of the questionnaire,using independent sample t-test and single factor analysis of variance testeach individual factor whether there is any differences in mental flexibility,using the Pearson correlation analysis methods to analyze the psychological elasticity and correlation between self-esteem and social support,using multiple regression analysis to explore the prediction variables influence degree of mental flexibility.Results:(1)There is no significant difference in mental resilience among the three factors of different gender,age and marital status(P>0.05).There is significant difference in mental resilience among the five factors of education level,health status,monthly income,family relationship and current residence status(P<0.05).(2)There is a significant positive correlation between mental resilience and subjective support,utilization of support and objective support,with the correlation being 0.589,0.597 and 0.438,respectively.There is a significant correlation between mental resilience and self-esteem,with the correlation being 0.639.(3)Seven variables can jointly predict mental resilience,among which self-esteem is the first,followed by the use of support,subjective support,objective support,health status,education level,and current residence status.Conclusion:1.The mental resilience of the elderly is not only affected by objective conditions such as education level,health status,monthly income,family relationship and current residence,but also by subjective factors such as self-esteem level and social support;2.Gender,age and marital status have no significant influence on the mental resilience of the elderly;3.There was a significant correlation between mental resilience and social support and self-esteem,but no significant correlation between strength and objective support.4.The importance of each predictive variable is,self-esteem>the use of support >subjective support >objective support >health status>education level>and current residence status.
