This article tries to explore the Truth of Art of western Modernism. The article has five parts. In the first part, one revolution of the Truth of Art is expounded. The third is expressionist truth. The fourth is the truth of abstractionism. The fourth part tries to find the counterpart of the Truth of Art of western Modernism in Chinese traditional theory. Last part expounds the pluralism of the Truth of Art in the Post Modernist culture context.
