On Lenin's Truth View

The core issue of epistemology is the question of Truth. In Philosophy of materialism and Empirical Criticism, Lenin dissertated the ideal of Truth with the Marxism diagnostic method systematically as well as exposed the dialectics feature of Truth comprehensively and deeply based on the predecessor's outstanding achievements so that formed a complete Truth ideal with the dialecticism and materialism character cut off the connection with metaphysical philosophy in the view of isolating, static and abstract, all of which had enriched and developed Marxism Truth ideal.This paper based on Lenin's Philosophy of materialism and Empirical Criticism, takes his dissertation on Truth as the breakthrough point, traced Lenin's Truth view origin and foundation, and tentatively investigated Lenin's Truth ideal. The whole paper is consist of the following five parts including the foreword and conclusion.The foreword briefly introduced the important position of Lenin's Truth ideal which is divided into parts to dissertate the current research condition in our country.The first part of the main text narrated briefly Marx and Engels and Plekhanov on the question of the basic idea of the truth, thought that Lenin's truth view inherited and has developed their thought directly.The second part is the main body of this paper, which dissertate Lenin's Truth ideal from three aspects: Firstly, Lenin thought the essence of the truth is the unification of subjective and objective, which means the viewpoints regards the objective truth is the equivalence to the objective existence misunderstanding Lenin's Truth ideal. Secondly, Lenin thought that the truth is the human understood the objective reality the social history process, namely the truth is in the human understanding and in the practice developing process, through relative and the absolute two opposites transforms unceasingly, but spiral loop dialectical process. The relative truth and the absolute truth are concrete, the historical unification. Thirdly, Lenin criticized a Mach person in revolutionary practice to deny the practice standard and to practices the standard to make the subjective explanation the absurd argument, stressed that the truth was entrusts with by the practice, by the practice examination, by the practice development thought.The third part elaborates the Lenin truth view theory significance and to the China socialist modernization significant practical significance.
