Tibet is an integral part of territory of China .The two colonist Powers, namely. Great Britain and Russia, invaded Tibet in succession since modern times. They instigated the relationship of Tibetan local Government with Qing Government, attempted to deny territory and sovereignty of china to Tibet and conspired to make Tibet split from China. Crisis of territory and sovereignty of China to Tibet began to emerge. As a result Qing Government started to struggle to defend territory and sovereignty of China to Tibet. Firstly, Qing Government presided over the foreign affairs of Tibet and prevented Great Britain negotiating directly with Tibet. Secondly, Qing Government endeavored to carry out reforms in Tibet and Chuan Bian area. Lastly, Qing Government fought against Great Britain and Russia splitting Tibet from China and sent Sichuan army to Tibet to fortify national defense of China .All the measures mentioned above, played an important role in defending territory and sovereignty of China to Tibet and preventing Tibet splitting from China. As a result, it is not correspondent with historical factsand also not impartial to say that Qing Governzment always compromised with foreign invaders, surrendered to them, relinguished sovereignty and brought humiliation to our country in modern diplomacy.
