On Changes Of Social Concept From Tang Dynasty To Yuan Dynasty From Yingying's Story

Reading theory and taking readers' reading seriously, we regard history of culture as the history of effects received by readers' . The identifications between vertical and paralled accepting shows the differences between diachronic and synchronic reading. We think that cultural contexts are accepted not only reflecting the history of readers for certain concrete contexts, but also including new contexts creating on the base of original contexts for later readers. On perspective of history .there is lots of new changes (such as style of contexts, plot of story, way of narrating)for cultural contexts in different periods, and cultural contexts show the differences of focal points and psychology for readers in different periods, it is the important way for us to regard the changes of social culture. We often discuss for this in the direction of criticizing the original forms, and date from national social collective unconscious and historical cultural accumulation.This paper begins from accepting Yingying' s story, and analyzes the changes of accepting situations (including creating and reading)from Tang Dynasty, from this we can realize some social concept and psychology features of this period.The story writing in classical Chinese-legend of Yingying is the origin of Yingying' s story. Readers are only some intellectuals and officials, and it is the cultural representing on psychology of intellectuals and officials in Tang Dynasty, reflects the contradictory psychology on the romantic passion, marriage and becoming officials.If we say that only intellectuals and officials can accept Yingying's story in Tang Dynasty, and with the development of society and society of townpeole, accepting of Yingying's story is divided. Onehand, intellectuals and officials on upper level in Tang Dynasty become the main body of readers; on the other hand, ordinary townpeople(including intellectuals on lower level)also become the other main body of readers. Reading Yingying' s story for townpeole is represented by reading Names of Various Tunes on Legend of West Wing-Room, and it is the portraiture of new value views of point. In fact, the two sides is both separating and relating.In the "northern" type drama of Yuan Dynasty-Legend of West Wing-Room, gifted scholars and beautiful women' s story and their reunion are the continuation of Names of Various Tunes on Legend of West Wing-Room, on the other hand, the relaxion of Confucian ethical code under the background of national fusing makes human sexual desire revealed audaciously, especially the special circumstances of intellectuals of Yuan Dynasty, so this makes accepting Yingying' s story possess special profound significance.
