| This thesis is based on the fruit about globalization on economic,social science,civilization and so on ,analyzing the human society development from. Materialism .the purpose is that through this studying we can understand the question about the relationship between the construction on the modern socialism and globalization better. In another word, this thesis is focus on how to respond the trend of globalization while constructing the modern society .This issue about globalization is not emerge at present when Marx establishing his Weltanschauung, he has discussing this issue. Although there is certain deference between the theory of his "world history" and the "world history "at the present age. There is osculation link between these two issues .The first part of this paper is the relationship between Marx's theory of "world history "and the evolution of human being, and this part is including what is Marx's "world history" and methodology about this theory. This is the guidance when we are studying the globalization.1,Expounding the theory of Marx's "world history". First, this is result from the development of productivity. Secondly, it enables new civilization come into being. Thirdly, "world history is the basic trend of society development other than the development of human being.2,Expounding how to develop of human society. From the point of view of Marx, the first condition is inheriting of productivity development .and the second condition is the affiliation between all the nation .as the development of productivity and deploitation of world market ,the history of human being is walking up to the "world history".3,Expounding "world history" is the development of human being and this boost the development the human being .they deemed that the degree of every singe person's liberation is consistent of history transfer into world history .Marx considered that the affiliate with all the people is the premise of development of single person and society ,only if this is come true ,every single person can break away from the localization of nations and clime ,can make full use of the source of globe . The second part of this paper is the essence of globality .1.Dissertating the character of "globality" and we should based ourselves upon some basic viewpoint .2.Dissertating the essence of globality :on the one hand, .it is result from the development of productivity, and result from the development of commodity and manufactory between nations ;on the other hand, it is linked with the expanding of capitalism towards globe. The globality that people mentioned today ,according to the theory of Marx's "world history" it is the first layer meaning of "history transfer into world history", that is globality of capital .and after that ,the society will transfer into socialism .The third part of this paper is the relationship between globality and the development of human being.1,Discussing the social background of the development of human being .First, there is benefit and fraud in the developed county and developing county in the process of globality ,from the development of the whole world , globality result in the imbalance of the economic development. it is represent that gap of deficiency and wealty has increased between developed county and developing county .the biggest intimidation that globality towards to the developing county is that the dominion will be striked and security will be challenged .secondly, the globality of today is the form of fork society transfer into the form of world society ,and it is the new form and procees of the development of capitalism after entering the "world history" .it has brought the economic of capitalism into a new stage .thirdly ,discussing the globality is not capitalism ,the true globality should be the modern intercoursing based on the credit and restrict among nations.2,Discussing how to understand the development of human .There is a lot of meaning in it :for example ,the development of the fulfillin...
