TheFengShui, as an important component of China ancient traditional culture, brought many influences to the landscape painting creation. Both the landscape painting's origin and its ripeness relied on a series of concepts formed by FengShui theory in its development and evolution. The mass appearance of FengShui maps and geographic maps (which crossed with the intension of fengshui maps themselves) must guide the unripe landscape painting graphically. FengShui in the history was separated into two factions known as XingFa and LiQi. And the XingFa faction, which was particular about the geographical features, greatly prevailed among scholar-officials. This certainly permeated exerting subtle influence on the painting creation and theory which were controlled by the upper scholar-officials. The XingFa faction theory deepened further in later Tang Dynasty and WuDai Dynasty. It brought the qualitative leap to the landscape painting at that time. And so forth, all the clue can be found in the landscape painting theory. This article, according to China ancient painting history, painting theory, philosophy, FengShui theory and the relevant material of geography, analysed and demonstrated the concept of fengshui in China ancient painting theory, thereby opened out the influence of FengShui theory on China ancient landscape painting, showed deep cognition about China traditional landscape painting and history value of FengShui from a new point of view.
