The Research On Mental Workers' Occupational Stress And Its Relationships With Work Ability

In order to protect mental workers' work ability and promote their work efficiency, the study of relationship between the occupational stress and work ability in 491 mental workers was carried out. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between WAI and ORS or PSQ, and there was a positive correlation between WAI and PQR in mental workers, the difference was significant; There was no significant difference of WAI between male and female, and so was WAI among different academic attainments. The results implied that the occupational stress might decrease the work ability, and that improvement of personal resources of the mental workers might benefit to promote their work ability.
