At last this paper inspects the intermediary role of resilience between the stress and mental health. The data of this paper is handled by SPSS16.0, and is mainly used for descriptive statistics, T inspection, analysis of simple effect, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The main findings were as follows:(1) There is a notable difference between the new generation of migrant workers and young workers in the variable of stress, resilience and mental health. Young workers have higher levels of resilience, mental health and lower levels of stress than the new generation of migrant workers; (2) There exists significant differences among stress, resilience and mental heath of the new generation of migrant workers in the aspects some demographic variables.(3) The correlation analysis shows that there are significant positive correlation between stress and mental health, a significant negative correlation exsits between mental health and resilience, significant negative correlation exsits between stress and resilience, of the new generation of migrant workers.(4) The pressure and resilience of the new generation of migrant workers have the predicative functions on mental health; the mediator effect test shows that the resilience is a party mediator between stress sand mental health.(5) The grouping test shows that the resilience was a completely mediator between stress and mental health in the group of new generation of migrant workers who got high score on stress; the resilience was a partly mediator between stress and mental health in the group of new generation of migrant workers who got low score on stress.
