The Stimulation of Agriculture, an important part in the administration of agriculture in ancient China, was greatly regarded in Yuan dynasty. It was the very consequential maneuver that the the governer of nomads could reign the Yuan dynasty for nearly one hundred years through changging their governing idears and promptly tunning their attention to China s economic fondation. The Yuan government set up a set of circumstantial administration system of agriculture, in which the Bureau of Agriculture , the Agriculture-Encouragement officials, the system of censorate and the local officials were all solved .The system ,which was called "there are agriculture-administration policy in the central and the officials of Agriculture-Encouragement in the local " ,was a comparatively complete system of agriculture-administration. During the process of The Stimulation of Agriculture, the agriculture-encouragement officials played on the main role.
