| The object which will be studied in this dissertation is mountains-and-waters painting and the west landscape painting.First, in the view of classify comparison between the Chinese mountains-and-waters painting and the west landscape painting, the writer concluded the similarity and the difference of both sides. First side, both embodied the loving of humans to the nature ,the other side, both started from the nature ,and went through the process from valuing contend to valuing form, in the way of "copying" the nature by art. When the difference displayed: first, different place in art history, one is representative when the other underwent the long history of independence; secondly, different way of exploration , one depended more on the mind and the other sight. Third, different subject of drawing, one is based in the spirited-resonance, the other light and color.Secondly, in the exchange of one hundred years, many artists of the Chinese or the West absorbed the nutrition of the each other by comparison in consciously or unconsciously way ,for enriching the creation of own art. Which both proved the possibility of the mingle and indicated a vast range of prospects. So, the writer concluded : to drawing the "spirited situation" into the landscape painting means important. The reasons showed: first, embodiment of nationality, second, exploration of the new style of landscape painting, third, positive meaning of aesthetic conception.Lastly, discussed the way by which it builds the "spirited situation" as follows: firstly, the step -having an idea in the mind before painting, secondly, the method - be alike both in appearance and in spirit, third, the carrier - "brush and black", forth, the ideal subject -mountains-and-waters, pastoral. |
