Fei Ming is famous for his great talent in Chinese contemporary literary world. He is regarded as a particular writer with his influences on the writing of novel, poetry and essay. Because his novels take root in Chinese traditional culture and absorb the soul of foreign literary, his novels has the beauty of poetry and essay. This is considered as the primary characteristics of his novels and main contribution to contemporary literary. The former researchers mainly focused on his short novels instead of the systemic analysis, and neglected his three river novels: Bridge, Mr. Moxuyou, After Mr.Moxuyou emplane. Based on his different times' aesthetics and literary ideas, this dissertation attempts to discuss his river novels' unique characteristics from the representations of his novels' content and art techniques.
