A comparative study on the mental health state between thecollege students in different gradesThe conclusions from the internal and external study indicate: the mental health state is different between the college students in different grades. But their study doesn't give the detailed causes of the differences and the countermeasures, which this article does by investigating ,measuring and interviewing the college students in different grades.Freshmen feel lost, anxious, depressed, nervous, alone and perplexed , because of the difference between reality and ideal, not fitting for studying, living and relatonship between students in universities, loss of aim. Sophomores feel pessimistic, hostile, anxious, depressed, compelled, because of disharmonious relationship between students, CET-4,, improper learning ways, puzzle about sex and theist for love. Juniors feel uneasy and anxious, because of disharmonious relationship between students, obtaining employment, Test for the entrance to postgraduate. Seniors feel uneasy and anxious, because of obtaining employment, Test for the entrance to postgraduate, love, the unpleasant experience, the grift when departing, the economic pressure from the expenses of obtaining employment.According to the differences between the college students in different grades, comprehensive administration and education should be carried out.Entrance education, sex education, communication education, education of outlook on life and education of obtaining employment should be given to freshmen. We should help them to establish the aim to success. The education about the thought of special courses should be given to sophomores.Various ways should be used to dispel anxious emotion from CET-4. Care should be taken of the junions whose mental health are worse. In order to help seniors to obtain employment , all kinds of services should be provided to them. Seniors shouldestablish self-confidence, recognize and evaluate self correctly and objectively, recognize correctly setbacks in obtaining employment, improve endurance, enhance the consciousness of social supportance, overcome inaccessible measure.
