The thesis analyzes the idea of "Zhou Yi " and "Lao Zi " through the text descended from the ancient, and probes into the influence which *'Zhou Yi" imposes on Lao Zi and under which the Chinese traditional culture spirit comes into being.The thesis thinks the "Zhou Yi" and Dao are originated from the historians who were witches. Yi in "Zhou Yi" is the same as Dao of Lao Zi. Lao Zi inherited and developed the thinking way of "Zhou Yi" ' s obtaining shape from observance of the object, the idea of cycle, the practice way of abandoning Gang and achieving Rou, rational self-reflection spirit and the pursuing spirit of constantly striving to become stronger by the subject, and form a ideal rule mode of gaining "Wu Bu Wei" through "Wu Wei" .Lao Zi forms a distinctive idea system gradually, which regards "Dao" as the idea base, "theory on life" and "theory on society" as the visual view, "cycle" as methodology and "Zi Ran Wu Wei" as the life goal.The inheriting and exceeding form a kind of philosophy spirit, which lays stress on the rational analysis to the disordered society and disappointed life, tries to probe into the deepest place in society and human being beyond all the bondages. It contains the deep-felt concern on the society and the essence of life, and makes the foundation of Chinese traditional culture wisdom.
