In the context of the new era of favorable policy and economy,the people's attention to and pursuit of art and culture is constantly increasing,and the educational function of museums is playing an increasingly important role.Therefore,the public education departments of major domestic museums have begun to actively explore new operating models.Through in-depth integration of exhibitions,collections,talents and other resources and in-depth cooperation with different types of social resource elements,they have gradually established an art museum-centered The phenomenon of diversified cooperative public education projects has aroused the author's attention.Expanding and upgrading educational functions,forming a diversified cooperative public education model to meet the educational needs of different audience groups,has not only become a common goal pursued by the public education department of art museums,but also brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of art museums: How to integrate one's own advantages in the art museum education project,broaden the original development ideas,and form a diversified cooperation model is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this article uses the UCCA Center for Contemporary Art as an example to try to interpret the development characteristics and experience of the diversified cooperation model of art museum education projects,in order to provide reference for the innovative development of more art museums,museums and other art institutions.Starting from the concept and function of museums,the article firstly analyzes the current development of public education in Chinese museums,and points out the emergence of diversified cooperation models in museum public education in the new era.Then,the article introduces the development overview of UCCA Center for Contemporary Art from the perspectives of institutional introduction,development positioning,and department settings.Based on this,it comprehensively elaborates the development overview,project types and types of public education of UCCA Center for Contemporary Art.The overall development characteristics point out that the institution's public education has an obvious trend of diversified development.Furthermore,the author combines the development status,motivation mechanism,development advantages and shortcomings of the diversified cooperation model of the UCCA Center for Contemporary Art Education Project,and puts forward the future development strategy of the UCCA Center for Contemporary Art Public Education.The future development path of education is prospected.
