| In this study, some methods are adopted, such as case study, sample investigation, questionnaire, interview, document, etc. 78 test papers of intensive reading, extensive reading and listening are collected from Xinjiang university , Xinjiang normal university, Finance and Economics Institute of Xinjiang, Xinjiang agricultural university, Kashi teachers college, Hi teacher college. 110 questionnaire for teachers and 450 questionnaire for students are received The basis of this article is the test papers collected from every school and domestic and international monograph and thesis about language testing that have already published. Author investigates university's preparatory Chinese achievement test states of Xinjiang university, Xinjiang normal university, Xinjiang agricultural university, Finance and Economics Institute of Xinjiang, Kashi teachers college ,Ili teacher college etc. Regarding Xinjiang university, Xinjiang normal university, Xinjiang agricultural university and Finance and Economics Institute of Xinjiang as the main research object, regarding their intensive reading, extensive reading, listening as the breakthrough point, regarding language testing theory as the theoretical foundation, based on the test papers collected and test papers which the examinee has answered, author analyzes some questions in university's preparatory Chinese achievement test, and puts forward some suggestions. Author hopes too that these suggestions can solve some problems in practice and improve the quality in Chinese achievement test, and that test can give full play to its positive guide effect on teaching and can serve teaching better.
