The Study Of Personality Tests On The Scientists In Military University

Personality is an universal mental phenomenon of human being which demonstrates itself in various forms in each person. A sound healthy and concordant personality not only engenders an active mood and an optimistic attitude, but also plays an important role in ingesting knowledge and enhancing ability.Studying and knowing the theories of personality and the related knowledge can help improve the performance of professors, scientists and researchers in military universities, and hence can also effectively advance our university to the top universalities in the world. To achieve this goal, this author offers some original viewpoint about personality, after studying a lot of theories on psychology, management,, etc. Basing on the rationale of personality's trait, This author has made some personality tests on the scientists and researchers of the National University Defense Technology electromechanics and automation college, and obtained some valuable information and in accordance with which, this author has proposed some methods that can improve their personality.
