ObjectiveThe traditional method of psychological measurement has no significant progress, and hadn't address the impact of factors such as social desirability bias. The technique of mental detection combined with eye-tracking technology,EEG or fMRI has not yet obtained a more mature scheme. With the rise of computer technology and AI technology,it is possible to integrate multiple data for psychological detection and analysis. The multidimensional fusion technology has begun to enter the researcher's field of vision.Eye-tracking technology as a mature visual attention capture technology has been widely applied in various fields of psychological research, and is also an important means of multi quality integration of psychological detection technology. But at present, there are few researches on eye movement based psychological test.It is unprecedented to explore the relationship between eye movement index and mental process of respondents. Therefore, exploring the relationship between eye movement patterns and psychological process of different groups in the process of psychological test has become the basic demand for the development of the multidimensional fusion technology.Based on the traditional self-report scale based on eye movement technology and structured interview techniques, trying to explore the differences in eye movement patterns in schizophrenia patients and normal people in the process of psychological tests, the relationship between the psychological process and the eye movement model and the subjects answer at the time between, provide the basis for empirical research application in order to integrate the psychological detection technology for quality.MethodsIn this study,a sample of 30 schizophrenia patients which from Xi-Jing Hospital and No.261 Hospital of PLA and 30 students which from The Fourth Military and Medical University took part in the study.Eye tracker recorded the data of eye movement.Through standardized interview we can know the psychological processes of the participants. The effects of psychological processes on eye movements and behavior patterns in two groups of participants were studied in 3 AOI and 4 subjects.Results1.The score of personality test of schizophrenia group in 3 different dimensions of the test were significantly higher than those in control group(p<0.05);The answer length, two subjects in 3 dimensions a significant interaction(F=3.522,p<0.05),the two groups had significant difference between subjects effects(F=38.438 p<0.001).The average response time of the control group was(2569±659.7ms),and the average response time of the schizophrenia group was(4764.7±1818.7 ms).2.The fixation number, regression number and persac distance of the schizophrenia group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.001);Fixation Time(FT)of the schizophrenia group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=3.86,p<0.001),persac distance(PD)of the schizophrenia group was significantly less than that of the control group(t=-2.43,p<0.05),regression rate(RR)of the schizophrenia group was significantly less than that of the control group(t=-2.98,p<0.01).3.There was no significant difference in the fixation number rate of stem areas between the schizophrenia group and the control group(t=-1.15,p>0.05).There was significant marginal difference in the fixation number rate of option areas between the schizophrenia group and the control group(t=1.178,p=0.081).4.For the subjects in which there were fixation points in option areas, correlation is highly significant between option area gaze bias and responses of the subjects in the schizophrenia group(?~2=115.73,p<0.001);correlation is also highly significant between option area gaze bias and responses of the subjects in the control group(?~2=34.41,p<0.001).5.The standardized response time, standardized fixation number, standardized fixation number of stem areas, standardized regression number of stem areas, standardized fixation number of option areas, standardized fixation number of unrelated areas has significant differences in four types of subjects in the schizophrenia group(p<0.01);Expect standardized fixation number of unrelated areas, the rest five variables has significant differences in four types of subjects in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusions1.In the traditional self-report personality test in schizophrenia patients compared to normal people, showed higher scores and longer response time, the eye movement pattern is also different, this explains and proves that the schizophrenia patients have cognitive impairment. This is in agreement with the results of previous studies2.Schizophrenia patients and normal people to answer"yes"and"no"option to test many times do not see the option areas.Correlation is highly significant between option area gaze bias and responses of the subjects. When a man pay more attention to"no"option,he was more likely to choose"no"option;3.The different psychological reactions will show different eye movements. So eye tracking technology can be used as an important technical means of multidimensional fusion psychometric test technology. It is feasible to explore the relationship between consciousness and cognition by means of multidimensional fusion psychometric test technology.
