Teenagers are the hope of the nation and the future of the motherlands. Teacher is an important point of education. Keeping both a strong body but and a strong mind shows great relationship not only to individual's happiness, stability of the society but also to the prosperity of our country and the development of our race.The rigorous realities of the day tell us that it is the time for us to pay serious attention to the education of the mental health in the primary and junior high schools. Improving the mental health education in schools meets not only the needs of growing-up students, but also the needs of the qualities of human beings for the social developments. According to most of the documents ordered by our National Ministry of Education, such as "Some of the Opinions on How to Enhance the Primary and Junior High School Mental State Health Education" and "The Guide Outline Mental State Health Education in the Primary and Junior High School ", it is asked to open the exhibition of the mental state health education gradually in all kinds of the schools especially in the primary and junior high school. However, there are a lot of problems to be studied in our primary and junior high schools and it is eager for us to be guided to carry out such an education in the schools, especially in the minority regions along the boundary of our country because we took the mental state health education later than other areas.Here are the results of the investigation on the condition of the teachers' and students' mental health state, and the present condition about how they carry the mental health education in the primary and junior schools in Meng zi County.1.17.9 percent of the students in the primary and junior high schools in Mengzi have different degrees of mental problems. There is no clear difference of the level of total mental state health between the boy-students and the girl-students. The level of total mental state health in this county is placed in the middle or lower level than that of the national teenagers.2. The problems of the students' mental health state of primary and junior schools in Meng zi county mainly show in the following aspects: constrained, hostile, sensitive to the social interaction, stubborn and suppressed. Boy-students' mental problems are shown in the following: constrained, sensitive to the social interaction, hostile, stubborn, sleepless and anorexia while the girl-students' are expressed in thefollowing: constrained, hostile, sensitive to the social interaction, suppressed, worry, stubborn, sleepless and anorexia. The rate that metal problems occurs among the boy-students is different from that in girl-students, that is, it is much easier for girls to feel suppressed and worry.3. 17.9 percent of the national minority students in the primary and junior high schools in Mengzi have different degrees of mental problems. The rates of their total mental health problems are same the whole rate. There is no clear difference of the level of total mental state health between the boy-students and the girl-students. But the rate of the male national minority student's mental state health problems is higher than whole rate. And the female national minority student's mental state health problems are lower than whole rate.4. The problems of the national minority students' mental health state of primary and junior schools in Meng zi county mainly show in the following aspects: constrained, sensitive to the social interaction, stubborn, hostile and suppressed. Boy-students' mental problems are shown in the following: sensitive to the social interaction, constrained, stubborn, hostile, suppressed, sleepless and anorexia. While the girl-students' are expressed in the following: constrained, stubborn, sensitive to the social interaction, suppressed, worry, hostile, and anorexia. The rate that metal problems occurs among the boy-students is different from that in girl-students, that is, it is much easier for boys to feel sleepless and worry terror is take placed with worry anxiously, girl more easily.5.23.5 percent of the teachers from the primary and junior schools in Meng zi County have different degrees of mental problems. There are no clear differences of the level of total mental state health between the men teachers and women teachers. The level of their total mental state health is obviously lower than the whole level of our national adults', but higher than the whole level of the teacher's in the primary and junior schools of our country;6.The problems of the teachers' mental state of primary and junior schools in Meng zi county are mainly shown in the following: constrained, changeable in one's body, suppressed, hostile and worry. Men teachers' mental problems are shown like the following: constrained, changeable in one's body, stubborn, sensitive among the social interaction, suppressed, hostile, worried about the sleep and the food while the women teachers' mental problems are: constrained, changeable in one's body, suppressed, hostile and worried. Male teachers are more easily to be sensitive, stubborn, and sleepless and to have some barriers in the social interaction.7. 19.7 percent of the national minority teachers from the primary and junior schools in Meng zi County have different degrees of mental problems. There are no clear differences of the level of total mental state health between the men teachers and women teachers. Whatever the rate of their total mental health problems or the rates of the man and women teachers' are lower than the whole rate. It is show the level of their total mental state health is higher than the teacher's in the primary and junior schools of Meng zi county;8.The problems of the national minority teachers' of primary and junior schools in Meng zi county are mainly shown in the following: Constrained, changeable inone's body, suppressed, worry and hostile. Men teachers' mental problems are shown like the following: Stubborn, constrained, changeable in one's body, the social interaction, worried about the sleep and the food , suppressed, worry and hostile; while the women teachers' mental problems are: changeable in one's body, stubborn, suppressed, worried, strained, hostile .There are some differences between Male teachers and female teachers. Male teachers are more easily to be sensitive, and sleepless and to have some barriers in the social interaction.9. The students and the teachers in the primary and junior high schools of Meng zi county have a large amount of need to receive the mental state health education.10. The mental state health education, is still in its self-moving appearance in Meng zi county because it has not been formed its own complete system yet. It is totally seen that it is better in the high schools than that in the primary schools, and it is better in the city area than that in the village area. The development is very not balance.11. The main way to carry the mental state health education in Meng zi County is to hold some academic chairs about it occasionally. Only few schools established the mental state consulting the room in this area. The education system of complete mental state health has not been formed yet.12. The difficulties that appear in the mental state the health education among the primary and junior high schools in Meng zi county are: to be lack of the profession teachers, to be lack of the budget with the equipments, to be pressed by the entering higher schools, to have no time, to have no good matching among the society, the school and the family, to be neglected by the leaders of the education administration section and some of the schools.On the foundation of the inspection in this area, after I analyzed the influence factors on the mental state the health education among the primary and junior high schools in Meng zi county and I linked my opinion with it, I pointed the countermeasures how to carry the mental health education among the primary and junior schools in Meng zi county from the different positions both of our education administration section and of the schools in our county in order to let the education administration section and of the schools in our county consult in their future.
