As a English learner, whose Meta-cognition strategy must be a certain influence on his result. The research paper attempts to discuss and explore how Meta-cognition strategy influences the English learner's result by applying some technologies such as SPSS to it, according to a questionnaire made in Grade 2 of Dalian University. It turns out that, firstly, both the reliability and the efficacy of the questionnaire are very high, so the questionary paper is more stable and reliable;secondly, Meta-cognition strategy has an outstanding influence on the English learner's result; thirdly,students from different majors,sexes and statuses have no difference on the level of meta-cognitive knowledge,but when it comes to meta-cognitive experience,the  distinction is very significant except status,additionally, there is significant distinction lying in students from different majors in meta-cognitive control.
