The word "cyberspace" was coined by William Gibson, a novelist of science fiction in his books. It originally meant the common illusion experienced everyday by computer users scattered everywhere, but now it is referred in particular to the Internet Systems, which transmit and receive messages independently or jointly by computers and websites that make people in different places get contact. Such systems surmount the region and the time limit, denoting not only the space resulting from the network that one doesn't see but actually can feel, but also artificial scenes --"an imaginary world". The formation of cyberspace provided a new "stage" for the interpersonal interaction. The digital technology enables the region, which traditionally takes rivers, the sea, even the stone walls as the physical boundaries, to extend infinitely on the network. In the network space, distance becomes less and less important. The community formed by the network users will become the mainstream of daily life and its population structure will be closer and closer to the world's own. With the popularization of electronic mails delivery and network information communication, a new way of interpersonal communication on the network was born at the right moment. This paper examines this new network behavior from the perspective of philosophical rethinking. It begins with an analysis of the behavior from two sides: the rationality that it confirms to and the conflictthat it has with the criteria of traditional society. It attempts to investigate the technical essence of network problems at a philosophical level, thus making thought returns to philosophy. The rationality of the network behavior is analyzed according to the Behavior Theory of Habermas. One side that the network behavior confirms to the traditional criteria is revealed from the four following characteristics: the medium, the standards, the principles and the interaction of the network communication. On such a basis, the other side that the network behavior differs from the traditional criteria is summarized from new characteristics of the network's imaginariness—the electronic text of status, the transparency of status and the imaginariness of status. As for the conflict that the network behavior has with is embodied in the three aspects below: monism and pluralism;freedom and standard;equality and difference, which were brought about by the dynamic double spiral structure of knowledge right, mainly technology spiral and market spiral based on knowledge right. The speculation of "Rational" is the essence of network problem. This article starts with the technical point of view and studies the root and the essence of Network Problem. The technologies has penetrated into our lives and been the part of society. Maybe it indicates that technologies have been the indispensable factor of ethic research. Besides the researchof the different relationship between different technologies and the technologies users, the different features of technologies in human experience, we will also research the process of form of human experience which is built by technologies. Meanwhile our vision should be wider. By the deep-seated thought when the essences of technologies begin to exposure the technologies became the factor of ethic research. We have to understand the world by the view of technologies because we live in this technology world. In the end, when we in the way of resolution, the back way to philosophy will lead us to realization of "Awaken of Existence" and beauty of "Poetry Inhabitation".
