A lot of research proved that (CSA) is not rare in China, It's a very complexphenomenon. Research on child sexual abuse has relistic significance considering theexperience leads to the long term of harmful infection to mental health . The specialty onchild sexual abuse problem would cause the specialty of social support. Furthermoreaccording to backward investigation research, social support is a stable factor. Thus this paperintroduce social support into research. The retrospective survey was conducted in 452 college student in Changchun, byanonymous self-administered questionnaire. Research subjects were asked on a series ofretrospective questions about CSA, as well as questions on social support and mental health.Results showed that: ⑴Prevalence of any unwanted sexual experience before the age of 16 was 19.6% forfemales and 13.8% for males. 12.4% of females and 8.4% of males reported ever have had atleast one type of physical contact abuse. Prevalence of other's sexual exposure experiencewas 10.6% for females and 6.2% for males. 8.1% of females and 4.6% of males were touchedin unwanted conditions. CSA was not uncommon.⑵The mental health level of students with CSA experiences is obviously lower than ofstudent without CSA.⑶The available social support source to college students are family support and friendsupport. The relationship between CSA and social support is not in a linear mode. The CSAexperience and family support are significantly minus-correlated.⑷The mental health level and social support of college students are significantlyminus-correlated. The social support condition influences the mental health of students to agreat extent.⑸To students with CSA experience, the more CSA experience means the lower perceivesocial support, and the lower mental health level.
