Content:Transformation and implementation of literature education in visual culture context is a new and contemporary subject, which waits on being penetrated into and deserves discussion. This paper focuses on analyzing the effects on literature education which caused by visual culture and the difficulties the literature education faces based on mastering the current situation of literature education, then provides some theoretical references and implementary suggestions on literature education in visual culture context pertinently. Many research means were adopted, such as documents, questionnaires and interviews.The paper illustrates around the theme as follows:Introduction——Putting forward to the Research Directions:1. Describing the feature and development trend in visual culture era.2. Pointing out the problems and meanings of this research.3. Introducing the research means this paper adopted.Chapter One——Expounding the Research Foundation:1. Giving brief account of the practical background through three aspects.2. Summarizing the researches both domestic and abroad, aiming at the problem.3. Defining "Visual Culture" and "Literature Education".Chapter Two——Establishing the Major Theories:1. Giving brief introduction of five major theories——Dual Coding Theory,Educational Spreading Theory, Dialogue Theory, Accepting Aesthetics Theory, Multiple Intelligences Theory.2. Analyzing the chief apocalypses brought by each theory.Chapter Three——Examining the Practical Situation:1. Making the statistics and visualizes the results of questionnaires and interviews, grasping the current situation of literature education deeply.2. Using the synthesis of relevant documents, the analysis of the questionnaire statistics, and the records of the interviews as evidence, illustrating the positive and negative influence on literature education of visual culture spreading further.Chapter Four——Rational Value Analysis1. From "People oriented" and "Advance with times" these two aspects, analyzing the major meaning of developing literature education in visual culture context.
