The changing of science and technology bring some new kinds of jobs. The novelty of upgrading for science and technology bring a good opportunity of development for higher vocational education. Because of the higher technical content, the tendency of detachability and reunification for original jobs are intensified , and only those people who grasp English skillful could be qualified. So English is important in the economic development, and it is thought more and more by all the Chinese people.In JILIN Province,the higher vocational education is always in the disadvantage position in the whole higher education system, so the graduates from the higher vocational education can't acclimatized themselves to the modern economical system in English .So how to educate the person with ability to the modern economic and how to find the perfect way to develop the higher vocational education is the problem for my thesis.Nowadays, it is really important in theory under the circumstance that the higher vocational education system is short of perfection.1. It could provide the theory foundation for higher vocational English education .2. It could make the higher vocational English education system perfect . Because it is indispensable for the whole education system ,through the research in my thesis ,the whole education system could be renewed.3. It could also improve the awareness of the whole society about the teaching estimate system and also provide a new ideology .My thesis about higher vocational English education could help the higher vocational college be cognizant of their own condition about English teaching and then supervise the colleges to innovate to improve the teaching quantity. So the practical significance lies in :I have investigated the condition of the students ,teachers and the teach in some higher vocational colleges. The methods I used were questionnaires, interview, discussion . Then I analyzed the datas I have got. At last, I summarized the conclusion about the conditionality for the higher vocational English teaching.:The subjective reasons for the influence of English teaching of higher vocational education are:1. The basic knowledge of English for the students in higher vocational colleges is so weak that they can't keep up with the whole teaching process.2. The students are loss of interests, strong desire and positive attitude in studying English.3. The confidence for the English is not strong enough , but they are full of worriment in learning English.4. Most of the students are lack of self-control ability so that they are fail in learning English.
