The Study On The New Style Of Chinese Flower And Bird Painting At The Early Of The People's Republic Of China

The early stage of the People's Republic of China is a critical period for Chinese Flower and Bird Painting (CFBP), during this period, CFBP began to change from traditional style to modern style. For there is no special study on the CFBP of this period, this article is intended to fill the void.This article begins with the study on the background of those years, and the analysis of the cause of New CFBP. The main part of article is about the characteristics of New CFBP, it's expression including: the variance of artistic sense; the expanding subject matter; the liberalization of composition; the enrichment of techniques. The last but not least, this article list a few famous CFBP artists, each of them has his own contribution to the new style of CFBP.
