Research Into What Is The Unemployed Youth' Confidence And How To Keep And Raise Their Confidence

With the development of market economy and with the background of socialism reform, the youth who are unemployed has been focused, Today, more and more researchers are discussing their confidence. Using questionaire research methods and interview method, the author researches more than three hundred of young man who are receiving the training to know what they think and how about their confidence.The main contents of the thesis are as follows :The first chapter describes the whole youth , then, points out the significance of them ,furthermore, introduces the youth who are unemployed and their confidence, at last ,the author points out the influence of scare of confidence which is the cause why I choose this topic.The second chapter is literature summarization. On the basis of document and data summed up, this section analyses the main achievements and subsistent deficiency of this research field.The third chapter is about theory of confidence, First, I introduces about 20 examples of confidence definitions and several theories of confidence of elements , Analysing and comparing these definitions each other ,the author devides them into several kinds and got several explainations. At last ,through interviewing ,we can make conclusions.The fourth chapter is the root of this research ,the chapter introduces the whole process of this research in details ,and explained why I chose these young man and how I collected these data.The fifth chapter and the sixth chapter , which are respectively the reality of the youth confidence and the cause which influenced confidence. These two chapters made up of the main parts of the whole thesis. The fifth chapter told the confidence reality of the youth who are receiving the training through data analyzing, and the sixth chapter mainly analyses the cause which influences the confidence including personnal element and family element and social surrounding element.The seventh chapter is about how to keep and raise confidence, First,this chapter told how to make measures to keep confidence, Second, it made suggestions about how to raise confidence.
