Content: The qualifies of teachers in primary schools directly influence the development of children equalities, and the basic educational career, even the nation's tomorrow, the subject of Chinese as a base, a tool, inevitablely affect the students abilities of speaking language and improving of students' qualities. Training and driving the ability should be regarded as a stand to Chinese teaching So,As a normal school to train the teachers for primary schools, we should pay more attention to"how to do so?" It's aparmanent topic for our such school. We should do it deeply with thinking, searching.Firstly the paper shows the stand: how to drive the ability of improving students language,and points out that the Chinese teachers'major role in driving students' abilities, secondly analyzes the present of Chinese teaching in normal schools, Meanwhile the quality demand of how to be a regular student can be seen in chapter3, aiming at the comparison with the teachers' training and students'self-taught. Also In chapter4, which is talked about the necessary abilities of regular students. In the end, It is strengthened some points on the characteristics of normal school letting readers know that the Chinese teaching should be regarded how to keep the tiaining aim and educational teaching etc.
